Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire

This is an in-progress Esperanto translation of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, forked from pret's disassembly.

It builds the following ROMs:

• Pokemon Ruby (U) (Eo) (v1.0).gba sha256: TBA
• Pokemon Sapphire (U) (Eo) (v1.0).gba sha256: TBA
