Pokémon Gold and Silver

This is an in-progress Esperanto translation of Pokémon Gold and Silver, forked from pret's disassembly.

It builds the following ROM:

• Pokemon Gold (UE) (Eo).gbc sha256: TBA
• Pokemon Silver (UE) (Eo).gbc sha256: TBA
• mons2_gld_ps3_debug.bin sha256: TBA
• mons2_slv_ps3_debug.bin sha256: TBA
