Latest Version Information

• v06 is a 2 part design using live button hinges

Assembly

• M2 brass inserts should be fitted using a soldering iron into the coverPlate
• M2 countersunk screws (20mm Length) are inserted into the holes in the underside of the outerCase

Printer Settings

Parts are designed for printing without support on a Prusa MK3S with 0.6mm nozzle at the following settings

• Print cover plate upside down (on flat face). 0.10mm confrmed to work
• Print outer case upright (on flat face). 0.10mm confirmed to work.

Camera

V06 is compatible with both the ZeroCam and the more common large pi camera boards.

PCB Separation Distance

The case is designed for hammer header pins.

Historic Versions

• v01 for FDM
• v02 is v01 modified for SLA (thinner walls)
• v03-beta is v02 modified for FDM printing
• v04 is live hinge button version with screw assembly
• v05 switches charging port to power only microUSB
• v06 moves the D-Pad hole for better hole concentricity with joystick axis
