Neural network strategy for Gekko
Install
copy the file(s) from /strategies/ into the strategies folder of your gekko install copy the file(s) from /toml/ into the /config/strategies/ folder of your gekko install
Install the modules in your gekko folder:
npm install convnetjs mathjs
