在职时启动项目
许多开源项目最初都是员工的编外项目(Side Project),即便其最终可能会成长为一家公司,但以编外项目的形式在公司里进行孵化应该是不错的选择。
如果你想走这条路,请确定你理解了公司在开源项目上的政策。有些公司鼓励员工在工作时间从事开源项目开发,而有些则将你的任何工作视作公司项目。不要假定任何前提,最好在开始前问问你公司里的相关人员。
