Exon-DuckDB is a DuckDB Extension for Exon that allows for users to use exon functionality through DuckDB.

For example, you can use the following query count the sequences in a FASTA file:

LOAD exon;

SELECT COUNT(*)
FROM read_fasta('file.fasta');
