JavaCard NDEF application

Implementation of the NDEF Nfc-Forum specification for JavaCard 2.2.1. The aim is to support sending of urls to smartphones, and provoiding only compile time writeability.

Current state

• initial draft
• capability container select and read with fixed data working
• basic gradle build plugin for java card are also provided
