Requirements
Usage
:Translate[!] [{source} {target}] [{text}]
Translate {text} from {source} to {target}.
When arguments doesn't specified, then current line will be translated from g:translate_target to g:translate_source.
If you use !, then {source} and {target} will be exchanged.
