OpenGL Superbible 5 Code

This is just for me to maintain the linux code, keep it compiling.

I've deleted the VS 2008 projects and the freeglut2.6 directory which probably broke the VS 2010 and XCode projects ... I'll probably just delete those too eventually.

This is a WIP of course.
