Description:

Lookup a documentation summary for the selected token using Ctrl-q, or open the full online documentation in the browser with Ctrl-Q.

By default, MSDN is searched for the current highlighted search term, but the query URL and tooltip content can be configured in the settings.

Thanks to @psifertex and @fuzyll for the help with the tooltip.
