A pirouette example that shows the pirouette plot for replicates of one artifical tree.

Running on Peregrine

Install pirouette using the peregrine bash and R scripts.

Then, in the main folder of this repo, type:

sbatch scripts/rerun.sh

Related settings

• Ten replicates of DD trees (instead of an artifical tree)
• Use same mutation rate (instead of equal number of mutations)
