RLP Motoko
A Motoko implementation of Recursive Length Prefix (RLP).
INSTALL
Add the following to your package-set.dhall

API
Both Encode and Decode functions accept an Input
type.
Type definitions for inputs and outputs are located in the /src/types
module.
