Stable diffusion benchmark for Intel discrete GPUs

To setup the environment with PyTorch for Intel GPUs (Arc, Flex, Max) and other deps, run:

conda env create -f environment.yml

Test the GPU

conda activate test2
python main.py --device xpu --random
