CY22150 programmer

Basically a programmer that replaces the CyClocks program using LIBMPSSE I2C library.

USAGE: Modify the defined macros for the registers. According to the datasheet the program will encounter errors and report them if it's not possible to reach the required frequency.

SYNTAX: ./CY22150_prog
