Basic usage

SqlSessionFactory factory = ...
JdbcStatementFactory jdbc = new JdbcStatementFactory(factory);
JdbcStatement statement = jdbc.getStatement(statementId);

Connection connection = ...
ResultSet rs = statement.query(connection, parameter);
...
