Parse line as shell words.
Usage
args, err := shellwords.Parse("./foo --bar=baz")
// args should be ["./foo", "--bar=baz"]
envs, args, err := shellwords.ParseWithEnvs("FOO=foo BAR=baz ./foo --bar=baz")
// envs should be ["FOO=foo", "BAR=baz"]
// args should be ["./foo", "--bar=baz"]
