PaperBoard
PaperBoard is an Icon Pack template which implements the Material Design guidelines in many of its components. This dashboard works only on API 15+ and has set API 22 as Target SDK.

How to Implement
There you can find a tutorial in PDF format. There you can find all the info about implementing and using this dashboard template.
Now source folder includes only the necessary files to be able to use the dashboard. While sample folder includes all the project files from the sample app.
