Calculate and render particles with WebGPU

WebGPU is still under development by browser vendors and not yet enabled by default.

If you want to try this out

• Use a Browser which is able to run WebGPU (e.g. Chrome-Canary)
• Enable WebGPU in your Browser see Implemenation-Status
• Go to https://hsimpson.github.io/webgpu-particles/
