Improved GAN (Chainer)

Chainer implementation of improved GAN [1]. This code includes

• semi-supervised learning of MNIST (0.82% validation error in default setting).
• semi-supervised learning of CIFAR-10 (planned).

This code is based on the authors' Theano/Lasagne code.
