Clinical Coding in Spanish using Transformers

This repository contains all the data and the code needed to reproduce the results presented in [1]. Additionally, we provide the clinical natural language processing community with 3 transformer-based models adapted to the particularities of the Spanish clinical domain, namely the mBERT-Galén, BETO-Galén and XLM-R-Galén models.
