Development

Environment Settings
NodeJS -- For compiling the website
Ruby -- For SASS Compass gems
Install prerequisites:
% sudo gem install sass compass
Start
% npm i
% npm start
Notice: In, windows, you need to check the command line is in UTF8 mode.
% chcp 65001
