Ada Posix Binding to Video 4 Linux, used for RPI

a playground for me, for the project i have in mind i setted up working with My Raspberry PI hardware and old WebCam, for a couple of neededs, especially making Internet Of Thing's intelligent sensors.

this is not a full featured library, but rather simple a first step for ease testing acquisition. The first tests showed a 8 fps performance, perhaps linked to the encoding and my simple Microsoft WebCam.
