Uses EventStore for event persistance.

To run the Xunit integration tests:

• Run EventStore.SingleNode.exe --run-projections
• Enable the $by_category projection.
• Create new projections FlatReadModelProjection.js and OverviewReadModelProjection.js with mode=Continuous and Emit enabled.
