QTPy Streamdeck

Using Adafruit's CircuitPython, QTPy board, and buttons to send keypresses to OBS.

Right now I'm just using shortcuts for REC and Pause because some games don't handle it well when I go to OBS to start the recording. May add other keypresses later - I've got the inputs.
