Template Instructions

• [Done] Find/replace "template-for-work-items" with work item name
• Update content in AGENDA.md and set up hackmd integration
  • Make sure you add the hackmd badge to the AGENDA.md file
• Update CONTRIBUTING.md with any group-specific processes
• Update the README (all content and links in this file)
• Update github repo settings, including tags
