ETH token wrapper. Formerly shipped with dappsys.

Don't use native Ether.

TODOs:

• Expose as user mixin (MordenEthWrapperUser)
• Expose as library proxy (ie DELEGATECALL something with instance ETH token address in code)
• Record dependencies in dappfile
