The tool is implemented in the context of EU funded research project CROSSMINER https://www.crossminer.org/.

This is a Dockerfile linter tool, implemented in Java and essentialy is a port of Hadolint (Haskell Dockerfile Linter) https://github.com/hadolint/hadolint
