multiaddr implementation in kotlin

Multiaddr is a standard way to represent addresses that:

Support any standard network protocols.
Self-describe (include protocols).
Have a binary packed format.
Have a nice string representation.
Encapsulate well.

//decapsulate
val md1 = Multiaddr("/ip4/127.0.0.1/udp/5678/ip4/127.0.0.1/udp/1234/udp/1234")
val md2 = Multiaddr("/ip4/127.0.0.1")
val str = md1.decapsulate(md2).toString()
