Meact (Metric-Action) task is to get metric from external stuff, write it to DB and perform various action.

Meact can handle metrics reported by any kind of software/hardware.

Originaly Meact was named MGW and was designed to handle metrics reported by Moteino boards (http://lowpowerlab.com/moteino/).
