USING PLASMIDSEEKER TOOL

1. DOWNLOADING PRE-BUILT DATABASE

You can download and use pre-built plasmid database from our department server (http://bioinfo.ut.ee/plasmidseeker/)

2. BUILDING CUSTOM PLASMID DATABASE

If you don't want to use pre-built plasmid database you need to compile your own. For this:
