Use tRPC and Prisma with Electron. Forked from secure-electron-template.
How to get started
To get started, clone the repository by clicking the button, or through the command line (git clone https://github.com/awohletz/electron-prisma-template.git
).
Once cloned, create a .env
file for Prisma. E.g.:
DATABASE_URL="file:./app.db"
Then run these commands to install dependencies and start the app in hot-reloading development mode:
cd electron-prisma-template
npm i
cd packages/client
npm i
npm run build
cd ../server
npm i
cd ../client
npm start
cd ../server
npm run dev
