Local feature description using image jets

This code implements the jet descriptor presented in [1]. To calculate jet descriptors from an image and a keypoint file (in oxford format), run the following command:

python main.py -i data/img.png -k data/img.kp -o data/img.desc

Note: The code is still a work in progress.
