Multiscale Score Matching Analysis

This repo contains the official implementation of the paper Multiscale Score Matching for Out-of-Distribution Detection.

The score_analyses directory contains folders with scores from pretrained networks and notebooks that use them to train auxiliary models. The results/metrics from these auxialiary models were subsequently reported in the paper. Due to size constraints, our model checkpoints are available in this Google Drive folder.

Additionally, files that were used to train the models are provided. Once a model is trained, the user can get weighted score norms by iterating over the corresponding test set using the compute_weighted_scores function available in ood_detection_helper.py.
