In order to use this, you need KDE Plasma and Plasma dynamic wallpapers plugin by zzag. You can download and install the plugin from https://github.com/zzag/plasma5-wallpapers-dynamic

Then you can download and extract https://github.com/aerfanr/fedora-33-kde-dynamic-wallpaper/releases/download/0.2/wallpaper.tar.gz and add avif file in wallpaper settings.
