StaggeredGridView

A modified version of the StaggeredGridView found in AOSP.

The following changes have been made:

• Added on item click listener
• Scroll bars are drawn when only showing a single column
• Correctly updates first position when dataset changes
• Offset views so they are on screen when dataset changes
