PushOver client protocol

This repo only shows the missing documentation for the PushOver client. I had to reverse engineer the apk to obtain this data due tot he fact that it's not public.

I'll work on the documentation whenever I feel like it.

To the origional pushover authors

Come on guys! Just make a desktop application for linux, osx and windows already...
