Pullup

Pullup converts between pulldown parser events for various markup formats.

Currently supported markup formats:

• Markdown (via the markdown feature)
• mdBook (via the mdbook feature)
• Typst (via the typst feature)

Formats are disabled by default and must be enabled via features before use.
