Requirements

Install

$ git clone --recursive https://github.com/FFRI/pypeid.git
$ cd pypeid
$ poetry shell
$ poetry install --no-root
$ poetry build
$ pip install dist/pypeid-0.1.2-py3-none-any.whl
$ python
