DVSOD-Evaluation
This repository provides the evaluation toolbox for DVSOD.
Requirement
- MATLAB
- Python
Getting Started
- Preparing DViSal dataset
Download the DViSal
dataset, which is structured as follows:
DViSal_dataset/
│ ···
├─ data/
│ ├─ video1/
│ │ ├─ RGB/
│ │ │ ├─ 00000001.jpg
│ │ │ ├─ 00000002.jpg
│ │ ├─ Depth/
│ │ │ ├─ 00000001.png
│ │ ├─ GT/
│ │ │ ├─ 00000001.png
│ │
│ ├─ video2/
│ │ ├─ RGB/
Then you need to convert its format for evaluation, via GT_convert.py
.
- Set
DViSal dataset path
andOutput path
inGT_convert.py
- Obtain the restructured dataset for evaluation, with
python GT_convert.py
- Preparing saliency results
Similar to the process above, get the reorganized results via Pred_convert.py
.
- Set
results path
andOutput path
inPred_convert.py
- Obtain the restructured results for evaluation, with
python Pred_convert.py
- Performing evaluation tool
- Enter
Evaluation_Tool
file - Set the path of
gtPath
andsalPath
inmain.m
- Obtain the evaluation scores with
run main.m
