DVSOD-Evaluation

This repository provides the evaluation toolbox for DVSOD.

Requirement

Getting Started

Download the DViSal dataset, which is structured as follows:

DViSal_dataset/
│ ···
├─ data/
│ ├─ video1/
│ │ ├─ RGB/
│ │ │ ├─ 00000001.jpg
│ │ │ ├─ 00000002.jpg
│ │ ├─ Depth/
│ │ │ ├─ 00000001.png
│ │ ├─ GT/
│ │ │ ├─ 00000001.png
│ │
│ ├─ video2/
│ │ ├─ RGB/

Then you need to convert its format for evaluation, via GT_convert.py.

  1. Set DViSal dataset path and Output path in GT_convert.py
  2. Obtain the restructured dataset for evaluation, with
python GT_convert.py

Similar to the process above, get the reorganized results via Pred_convert.py.

  1. Set results path and Output path in Pred_convert.py
  2. Obtain the restructured results for evaluation, with
python Pred_convert.py
  1. Enter Evaluation_Tool file
  2. Set the path of gtPath and salPath in main.m
  3. Obtain the evaluation scores with run main.m
