C# DDD Bootstrap (base / project skeleton)

Starting the server

• Local using:
  • dotnet run --project apps/Mooc/Backend/Backend.csproj
• Docker using:
  • docker-compose up

And then going to http://localhost:8030/health-check to check all is ok.
