DoRL
Official PyTorch implementation of Domain-invariant Representation Learning via Segment Anything Model for Blood Cell Classification.
Overview

Dataset
We use three different white blood cells datasets to evaluate our method:

The Matek-19 dataset consists of over 18,000 annotated white blood cells from 100 acute myeloid leukameia patients. It is published by Matek et al. Human-level recognition of blast cells in acute myeloid leukaemia with convolutional neural networks.

The Acevedo-20 dataset has over 17,000 images which is published by Acevedo et al. A dataset of microscopic peripheral blood cell images for the development of automatic recognition systems.

The SYSU3H dataset is collected from The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, with 331 blood cell images divided into 5 classes. All samples were stained with Wright-Giemsa and captured using a Leica ICC50 HD digital microscope camera

Result
